I’ll be honest I was reluctant to order anything custom online at first, however my order exceeded my expectations & was delivered promptly within 10 working days which was faster than I anticipated for custom Jordan HighTops in light of the Christmas period. I’ll definitely be purchasing my next pair over this site in future.

I don’t know how to reply to your thread, firstly it took this bad review to get a response regarding the quality, the fact that you haven’t addressed it is funny, I can prove I haven’t tampered with the shoe at all, the quality of the shoe is easily spotted straight away. I did order the wrong size fair enough, but after opening the box and reviewing it (after I mentioned the size issue) I seen defects and u have failed to address these issues.even in your response you’ve not addressed it lol.
After all this you completely ignored my videos as evidence and left me on read.

We noticed your order was delivered safely to you! The order was also delivered on time with our policy. As stated on our website
"The process from fashioning to shipping takes on average 5 - 10 days. Please note, this is an estimate"
We then shipped your parcel via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery even tho you only purchase standard delivery. As it was during the Christmas period we wanted to make sure you received your order as soon as possible. We understand due to the recent courier strikes, you may have felt that your order may have been slightly delayed. However we did cover for this in our shipping policy and also via our production descriptions.
We recommend all customers looking to purchase with us too take a look at the production and shipping times.
