The customer service at Bristol is so messed up. I don't know if they're short-staffed or just don't give a damn about their customers. My package has not been arrived for over a week now. I informed them about it last Friday and sent three more reminders. Finally, after four days, they replied, saying they'd contact PostNL to investigate. This is ridiculous! How long do I have to wait for my package? Why should I suffer because of their mistake? I asked them when I can expect my order or to send a replacement and sort out their issues internally, but they've gone radio silent. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm never going to a Bristol shop again.

Ordered boots on 6th January. They finally arrived on the 22nd January. There is no way these boots are the correct size, at least 2 sizes smaller. They look very shoddy, badly made, not the nice warm boots that were advertised. Very disappointed. Now I need to try and return them for a refund
