A Lot of thing need to improve .My experinace is not good with them. High Prices.

Fantastic range of shoes and boots. Catherine looked after my sister and i and she was so helpful and pleasant brought out lots of shoes … nothing was any trouble to her . Cannot recommend the shop highly enough . 🏆🏆🏆

I have to hand it Catherine and Debbie. After visiting the shop 3 times in 6 days and exchanging shoe/boots twice. Catherine has the patience of a Saint. Even after returning for the 3rd time still v.pleasant. Think I caused a bit of 'stir" for Debbie trying to do refunds on their new IT system. Fair play to you Debbie you stuck with it. In the meantimes my husband is standing there hoping I'll find a pair that suits me. I did........

I ordered a pair of boots after seeing The shoe Horn on Facebook. Then I got worried that maybe I’d pressed a wrong link so I rang them.
A very pleasant lady answered and she couldn’t have been nicer in reassuring me.
My boots arrived 2 days later and I was so pleased with them. So comfortable with lovely light soles.
I emailed with a query and I was answered so promptly.
This is a lovely shop to deal with and I would love to order from them again.

Excellent!! Ordered a pair of Victoria trainers only yesterday and they arrived this morning. So comfy and gorgeous on so I ordered more.
The delivery service is brilliant as they arrive the next day which is a great thing as I know I don't need to wait for them to come on a day that I'm not here to receive the delivery.
Quality shoes as always.
I went up 1 size in the Victoria as recommended and they are perfect. If you are a size 39, get a 40 in them.

Called into shoehorn in Skerries yesterday to buy boots for the wife. Being a man in my 50s I was a bit apprehensive, but the ladies approached me straight away and made the whole experience very easy .The Mrs loves her new boots and i would Definitely recommend supporting this local business. I made my first online purchase with the Shoe Horn on Sunday evening and first thing this morning, Wednesday, my shoes were delivered by An Post. The shoes themselves are amazing (I knew my size for the brand), well packaged, so no chance of damage while being transported. I was also delighted to see all the packaging was fully recyclable ♻️ . Also attached was comprehensive details if I wish to return. Excellent service, will definitely use again.
