Very disappointed with colour leaching from tongue protectors
I purchased a pair of tongue protectors and they leached tan colour into my merino socks ruining them!
I complained sending photographs to be told that this is what happens when feet perspire! I had bought them to wear with a new pair of trainers for my holidays so didn’t use them until I went in holiday. Nevertheless, the company has refused any compensation! I have had to remove the tongue protectors as they have already ruined 2 pairs of merino socks.
The website does not say that colour is likely to leach and ruin your socks but I’m letting you know that this is an issue.
I emailed my complaint on return from my holiday on 6 July.
Your response to my concern is not good enough! You need to make the fact that colour transfer can occur clear on your website. I would not have purchased this product had I known that colour transfer was a possibility! I am out of pocket for the tongue protectors, postage and 2 pairs of merino socks so I’m not satisfied with your response.

We are very sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed the photographs you kindly provided, we were unable to identify a manufacturing fault with the tongue protectors. They are made from genuine suede leather and, as with many natural leather products, some colour transfer can occasionally occur when exposed to prolonged moisture, such as perspiration during wear. On this basis, we were unfortunately unable to accept liability for the staining.
We are sorry that we could not provide the outcome you were hoping for and regret that your experience has left you dissatisfied.

Fixed lower back pain

It is a great insole
It is a great insole . I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now . It’s light . and the best thing is it is airy. It doesn’t make shoes smell . I had another tennis insole from other maker , functionally it was great , but it made shoes smell bad . This one is great
