Size of shoe varies by 2 sizes and shop wouldn’t own to the error by paying for return postage.
This store doesn’t know sizing and won’t pay for return shipping where their shoes were not sized properly. I am reasonable and understand that different manufacturers will have some differences but we are talking a two size difference in the shoes that I ordered. They’ll send you poorly labelled shoes and make you pay for the return postage. I’d have gladly gone with a credit note or better, the same shoe. I get it, small companies who are starting up cannot fork out shipping for every return but if the shoes are mislabelled and are two sizes smaller than posted and much narrower than average, I expect the store to own the issue and make good by assuming the cost of fixing their problem.
