SCAM! Do not try to purchase anything from this site. It’s a scam and it’s an ai generated false website. I never received anything yet goods and haven’t ever got my money back!!

Omg I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from this so-called UK company. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, the most nasty, disgusting shoes I've ever seen. Even before I opened the horrible packaging I knew I'd been scamed, avoid at all costs, even having to give 1 star to write this is boiling my blood - going to now look at how I get a refund, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

The trainers are so cheap and nasty. Badly made rubbish. In no way orthopedic as the insoles are like standing on a rock. I woldnt give £1 for these. Sizes are also uncorrect.

Ordered shoes 37th October. Have received no goods. Think this is a scam.

I wouldn’t even given this company a one star. I emailed support regarding my transaction. I was charged for two pairs of shoes not one. The email bounced back immediately(having read other reviews, other people have had exactly the same issue) and that’s when alarm bells started ringing. I know now that the whole site, including the ‘trusted family’ picture is AI 😡 I could kick myself

Total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not family run. Return address for refund is in industrial district in China. Had same problems as already listed here. Shoes extremely poor quality. Emails kept bouncing. Did get 15% refund but now going to take advice below and ask for remaining amount to be transferred back by credit card company.

For everyone, who, like me, got fooled by this fake 'family' business, I was successful in getting a refund by contacting my credit card provider (this also applies to debit cards), who had the power to use the charge back scheme. This works by allowing a cardholder to request their bank to reverse a transaction, essentially pulling funds from the merchant's bank and returning the money to the cardholder's account. This is possible from 120 days from purchase of the goods.

Avoid This Scam Website – Poor Quality and No Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website, which claimed to be a family-run UK business. What I received was nothing like advertised — the shoes were extremely cheap in quality and looked nothing like the photos. It was clear this was not a genuine UK-based company.

When I tried to request a refund, I was told to contact them via email. However, the email address provided doesn’t even exist — my message bounced back as undeliverable. There was no other way to reach them.

Thankfully, I paid with my credit card and was able to dispute the charge and recover my £62. If I hadn’t used my credit card, I would’ve lost the money entirely.

Do not trust this site. It’s misleading, unprofessional, and clearly set up to scam customers. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Poor quality shoes, not leather as advertised and the wrong size. Requested a full refund, returned shoes as per the policy and haven't received my money nor any communication from the company. I wish I had done my research beforehand, they are definitely not a UK based firm and I think it is a scam. Very sad and frustrated at the moment grrrr.

Unbale to return item I was sent the wrong size. Sent email but had no reply, the email address do not work. Doing some research in hindsight, the the company is not appear to be registered in the UK. There there is no UK based address. These are clear red flags, wish I had checked first.

SCAM.....I recieved my shipment. 3 pairs of shoes. 2 the wrong size and 3rd pair was a pair of trainers.
I tried to email them on their Info email address and their Support email. Both email addresses got rejected.
I have now gone on their site and messaged them. I am yet to hear. I have lost £76

Just what everyone else has said. A larger version of plastic dolls shoes 😡 Not even synthetic leather or fabric. AVOID THE WEBSITE IS VERY DECEIVING!!!!!

DO YOU HAVE PATENTS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?? I BET YA DON'T.

A SCAM. Claims to be UK family owned and run business but looks to be based in Italy. Product eventually delivered but poor quality and wrong size. Tracking shows it came from China. Email addresses are all invalid so can't contact the crooks for a return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just received my so called leather orthopaedic sandals and they are not leather and just a cheap fake, so massive too I could never walk in them, just emailed for a refund but surprise surprise it has been returned as undelivered! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Do not order from this company. The shoes are not leather and are very badly made and uncomfortable. The pictures on the website are false as they are not orthopaedic shoes. Not only were they delivered late, but communication with the company is never answered, including emails about late delivery and tracking but also returns. I have not received confirmation about returning and have realised I will have to wrote this off as a bad buy. Very angry.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are scammers from China who falsely advertise. They claim they are leather orthopaedic shoes - shown in a picture they have stolen from somewhere. However, the shoes you receive are not leather, not orthopaedic and are cheap replicas of the original from another company. You send pics of them but they want you to return them so they can inspect them lol or they will offer you 30% if you want to keep them. So I called my credit card company and they have sorted it and have managed to get my full amount back. The Chinese are very sneaky in the way they lure you to purchase their stuff, in that you think you are buying locally. I have asked that these people be shut down as they don’t give a damn about the people they scam.

Stressful experience
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, no confirmation of delivery status but I received an email from no reply asking me to confiirm subscription, not sure what l was to subscribe to. I ignored this. I have had to report this as fraudulent act to my bank to cancel this transaction.

Don't Order from this company. The products are awful, and returns are to china - at your own cost, which I don't trust anyway. They say' if this is not suitable for you we can offer you a 30% refund ' which I also don't trust. I am just in an email fight with them about this, but this website needs to be taken down asap
