No delivery of the fur trimmed over coat I ordered over two months ago. Have many false emails that it was on
It's way. Never arrived. Just a damn fraud

I ordered three pairs of shoes and was unsatisfied with the quality. I attempted to contact their 800# but the number was not working. I have contacted their customer service by email and am waiting for a reply.

Horrible experience. Purchased Merrill sandals for $35+ cost. Complete fakes. Tried to return and was offered $13 voucher. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!

I was trying to return this shoes back to the company several email no response then i I used Google to search for the company Contact number and i finally found their contact number which iS i contacted the customer service team is really aweome kind and polite with me customer service was a great help I needed to find out if my return had been received she was able to confirm it was received and my refund was processed I always have a good experience with customer service

It took forever to receive these shoes return boots for my wife the picture of the boots was perfect but the when the boots came they are nothing like they are of very poor quality and i want my money back ! Very, very poor quality!! Very different material used via website, pleather!!!

Beautiful Custom shoes, style plate and the highest quality. The loafers I have purchased were timeless and comfortable and sized perfect. The colors and leather trim was amazing!

I ordered 3 pairs of sandels from this company. The shoes run very small and when I contacted the company through email they didnt respond until i sent 3 emails. I expressed that I did not like the merchandise and that it did not look like what was on the website. The materials of the shoes were very cheaply made and look like if i wear them for a day they will fall apart. I attempted to return the shoes but of course it was more expensive than what I paid for the shoes. I will never purchase another item from this company and I wont refer no one to them. I attempted to call the customer service number at 919-939-2544 and the phone rung once so that was unsuccessful. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

The shoes are vastly overpriced, they look really good on the web but when they arrive they are so cheap looking I wouldn't pay a fraction of what I paid for them.
Also, I waited 2 months for my second pair only for them to be different from what I ordered.
Don't buy from this website, false advertising. Seriously, very disappointed with them and now I have to try and get a refund, which should be interesting.
Just one more thing, the shoes I was charged $30 but on the delivery note customs value us $9!! Don't waste your time. (Picture is of cheap plastic brown sandal)

This company was at least on the up and up. So many companies on the internet are not. I ordered two pair of sandals both the same size. One pair is a perfect fit the other pair is so big they won’t stay on my feet. I loved the pair that fit. The other pair is cute but of no use to me. They promptly sent the shoes so that was a plus. I didn’t try to send the one pair back because it would probably cost more to send back than I paid for the shoes. I do like the one pair but shoes should be tried on before purchase therefore I won’t be reordering.

I had a very bad experience with shoessee I ordered a pair of sandal and slipper, they appear nice in pictures but in reality they appear cheap, and when trying them,they were uncomfortable and the worst fit ever, when I reached out for them trying to get the return label they declined (in away) and kept sending emails to me negotiating that matter
Convincing me to have a partial refund or send me $15 credit and keep the sandal
and asked for pic of the received product, I don’t have time for this, I just wanted a full refund and send the item back to them,

In spite of many negative reviews, I am quite happy with my first purchase from Shoessee.

I bought Low-top lace-up casual denim canvas shoes. They took 3 weeks to arrive. The size was right. They are shown with laces on the website and they came without laces. I was planning on removing the laces anyway so no big deal, but I was surprised they didn't come with laces. I hand sewed the lower half of the sections with the eyelets down to the tongue and wear them as slip ons. It would be good it they could sew them down like that at the factory.

The sneakers are of poor quality, but they are comfortable and I love the look. I expect they will wear out in one summer. But I like them enough that I decided to take a chance and ordered two more pairs so I'll have one of each of the 3 colours.

I'll update my review if there is a problem with my 2nd order.

I will never ever buy anything else from here. Poor, poor quality. I wishd i would have read the reviews b 4 i shoppd here. Ordered 6 pr shoes size 11, they sent most n size 8.

Very disappointed with the 2 coats I purchased.
Quality is extremely poor, fabric is unacceptable and the lining is torn. I also received 2 "belts" that are 30cm not sure where they go?
My fb review was removed and there is no response to emails.
Be careful with this company

I'd give no stars if I could. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING THESE SHOES. They are made from really really cheap material, the sizes were all incorrect and the colour not correct. Not sure how much it's going to cost to return these but wish I hadn't bought 6 pairs. Worst online shopping experience EVER!!!

Finally got the items I ordered, they were not at all like the one I ordered from the website, just looked horrible, cheap plastic material, just rubbish. I would never let anyone see me in shoes like that. I´m never going to use this website again, and would advice people not to order from them.
