I ordered a so called oversized poncho style sweater, it arrived after
3 weeks & was nothing like the advertised item. I enquired how to return the sweater as it was also poorly finished off & was told to return it by tracked postage at my own expense & then they would refund me the £25.00 I paid for it. I went to the post office today & would cost just under £21.00 postage to return it. I feel the whole company in China is a complete fraud & would advise everybody to never purchase from this dreadful company, I'm totally disgusted with them

Fraudulent website. Sells 'brand name' goods but they will send a counterfeit product. When confronted, they claim that it was a mistake and would only give 1/10 of the total price as a 'refund.' Do not waste your hard earned money with these scam artists!

Never received my shoes and they would not respond to my e-mails. SCAM!!!

Ordered sandals the first of March, it is now June 14th, Nothing. I get a new tracking number everytime I email them asking where my order is. Facebook should warn people. Take down their fb page. SCAM

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in March, its now June...no shes yet. I did get a tracking number but I think its bogus. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Save your money and don't buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of sandals in February and it is almost June and I haven’t received it. I’ve emailed and they send me bogus tracking numbers. DONT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals 3/14/20. It is now 5/22/20 and after emailing the company 3 times, I have received 3 different tracking numbers. When the package is tracked it just says “Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item“ and that never changes. SCAMMERS!!

Ordered two pairs in February!!!! 70.00!!! Took my money but have no shoes!!!!! It's now May13, 2020. I've sent several emails, they just keep sending me bogus tracking numbers!!!! No way to call them either!!!! I want my money back, but they again just send me different tracking numbers instead!!!! Wish I knew how to go after them!!!!

Had my shoes on for less than 10 mins and they broke.Unfixable according to the shoe repair guy
The best they have offered is 10$ gift card.
Not much good when no way would i buy from them again.

It is a fake company that changes websites all the time.

This is a fraud no customer service line. I didn't even receive my order but they took my money. No response to my emails.
