I was sent a left handed knife instead…
I was sent a left handed knife instead of a right handed knife. The company emailed me right after they saw this review. We resolved it very quickly and I already have the new knives! Great work by Antonio and the Shoetechnik team.

Good Service. Dependable Online Store. I ordered a TINA 1218/6 Knife with TINA…
I ordered a TINA 1218/6 Knife with TINA blade, but was sent the TINA Knife with Aesculap #59 blade instead. Antonio was quick to respond to my query about the error, and kindly explained that the TINA218 blades were discontinued, so could no longer be purchased. He offered a refund to make up for the fact that the website hadn't been updated to reflect the new info that these TINA knives were shipping with non-Tina blades, and I accepted. Apart from the knife blade mixup, all other parts of the order from shoetechnik.com were perfect, shipped out promptly, and shoetechnik's quick response to resolve their error on the TINA blade was just an example of good business practice. I give them 5 stars for the way they handled the error. I will buy there again, when I need more tools.

the Standard delivery arrives…in a week
the Standard delivery arrives aproximately 1 weeks , however the status section during the deliver process only shows COMPLETE so it will be a little inconvenient if the costumer wants to know the detail of delivering. And costumer service did not answer the emails. Thanks.
