I ordered a custom Bowie knife and I'm genuinely satisfied with the order that was delivered! However they have decided to bill me twice as a duplicate order and while mistakes happen it appears they are ignoring my attempts to have this corrected. After several phone calls and many emails they only update the tracking number. This is an 180.00 dollar problem they need to fix. I have come to the conclusion that they are not interested in correcting this error. Be careful in doing business with this company they are said to be some what shady in business and their story line is false.

Amazing product and service. Can’t recommend highly enough, for the selection, and the accuracy of information/imagery online. Arrived in good time, only slight delay at customs (I’m UK based) whilst organise import tax payment.

But can say it’s been a pleasure shopping Shokunin.

Received securely packed items 5 days after ordering. Website navigation and order processing were easy. On order form I asked a question and got quick reply. DHL delivery offered plenty of tracking and delivery options.

Their store sells beautiful ware from different Japanese artisans, mostly dishes, kitchenware, lifestyle.

They shipped incredibly well packaged and fast. Everything exceeding expectations in beauty, quality, practicality. First purchase over a year ago, items daily in use still beautiful and functioning well - including a cast-iron bell we installed outside on a tree, favourite bowls, dish towels, and more.

A pleasure to buy for us or gift. Some items are expensive, but not all. Having a look from time to time is worth it. Very friendly communication.

My goods arrived quickly in perfect condition. Very well packaging, much better than European web-shops. Pottery was no issue.

My Nousaku Wind Bell Horn is elegant, and has a beautiful sound. I bought it as a gift, and it was a huge success. The Ichiyougama cups are very pretty and well crafted. The material is very pleasant to the touch, and we will have to get more soon!
