Overall, a good experience. We recently bought our first house, and Switch assisted us with the conveyancing. The whole process was very smooth and straightforward. Lauren Elliott was allocated as our paralegal for the sale of our property. She was effective in progressing the transaction and seeking & hastening updates from the buyers solicitors. Although a simple transaction, the lack of response from the buyers solicitors was a significant challenge which required escalation to the Senior Conveyancer.

Owen has been so professional, polite and discreet during my conversations with him. He always takes time to explain certain procedures about the mortgage.

We had to move solicitors mid way through the process because the experience and work they produced was terrible, putting the transaction at jeopardy. We were recommended Swiitch by the estate agent, as they worked with Liam Cook on other transactions and the experience was night and day. Liam was incredibly attentive, responding to emails and even answering the phone to answer questions quickly. Liam also had to work to a shorter deadline because of the previous issues and still delivered to the highest standard - I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Abi was brilliant throughout the whole process. She was patient polite productive, would highly recommend.
