After 10 days of waiting, there is no trace of shipping, pieces on the site immediately available but it is not true.
Customer service unable to give explanations.

The site declare item available, the operator confirm with the promise "you will be immediately informed via e-mail about the exact delivery".
After 8 days no news. Only with a direct calling the operator inform me about the delete of delivery ... other 3 WEEKS !!!
