★☆☆☆☆ Zero Stars – Buyers, WATCH OUT!

BUYERS, WATCH OUT! TASK Shop Canada are absolute scammers and their business is basically a legal scam. Their so-called “easy returns” policy is a complete lie designed to cheat innocent buyers.

If you ask for a refund, they charge you for both shipping and return, even if you refuse the delivery. You are double-charged. They push you to try the item, even if it doesn’t fit, just so they can deny your refund. Their refund rules don’t apply to used or even slightly tried items.

The amount they deduct for shipping and return is outrageous, leaving you with almost nothing. Their return policy is pure trickery. Avoid them at all costs!

Incredibly rude staff member

I have a physical and mental disability which prevents me from wearing a mask so I only wanted to ask a few questions from the street outside the door but as soon as the staff member named Quinton saw I was maskless (in the open air) he refused to even talk to me in an extremely rude manner. I tried to explain that it is a violation of the BC human rights code to discriminate and refuse service to someone with a disability and mask exemption but he said he doesn't care about the law and just slammed the door in my face. I asked for the name of the owner so I could make a complaint and I was told "find it on the website". Unbelievably rude and terrible behavior. I will be filing a claim with the human rights tribunal.
