Thanks for your review and using our shop. It’s worth noting you placed your order on the 27th April and chose to click and collect, you then failed to collect your items and we sent you 2 messages in that time. One I those weeks we were closed for half term. On the 16th June, I hand delivered your order to your Scout Leader. We are a small volunteer led shop connected to your own Scout District, to receive 1 star review from you we feel is unfair, and given that you have made no attempt to contact us with your concerns is unjustified. We would ask you to reconsider your 1 star review, considering we went out of our way to hand deliver this order directly to your group, as you failed to collect, like you asked to do when you ordered.

Collect option unclear
It was fine, although it would have been helpful to know upfront that the click and Collect option involved collecting from the scout hut. I assumed it would be from a random location so opted to pay to get it posted unnecessarily! However, having fed that back, they quickly addressed the issue and refunded the postage charge.
