This is about the manager named Rachel Dawkins at the 5114 wake forest hwy in Durham NC. Always has a bad attitude, using foul language and using racial slurs especially about Hispanics. People don't want to come into a place of business to hear garbage like that. I suggest finding a more professional manager.
I bought a DieHard battery online back in March 2025 and picked it up from one of the New Jersey stores. In a year the battery leaked badly so I tried to return it and I couldn't despite the promised 3 years warranty. Their customer service told me to return this battery to the nearest store I can drive to. So I went to the closest to my place store twice (they didn't have manager on-site the first time) and they refused to deal with the return because I must return it to the exact store I picked it up from. So literally they expected me to drive around with the leaking battery :( I just bought the new battery and left the leaking one at the store. Frustrating...
They had the part I needed at a competitive price. Not much more to ask for

When a nation-wide chain can't complete a simple credit card transaction, it leaves me to wonder what the "Advance" in Advance Auto Parts represents.
I needed help and so I asked a sales person behind the counter. He was very arrogant and short with me. He told me sarcastically that what I was in search of was in the rear of store.
I went to the rear of the store and I found one can of Seafoam that I was looking for. I went to pay, and the same sarcastic salesperson checked me out. Just as rude as when I walked in. I keep my composure because what I really wanted to do to him after his rude antics would have put me in jail. I walked away not saying a word. I will never return to Advanced Auto Parts in Palm Coast Blvd inPalm Coast Florida again. 32137.
