Bottle has design flaw and there is no customer service
For our click lid water bottle there is a tiny white pin valve that gets stuck to the lid when opened and lost. We have replaced 3 times now and when I tried to contact you I can’t make a complaint or speak to someone or email. The bot just wants me to buy a replacement part. These are expensive bottles with a design flaw. I’m not happy with the product or the lack of customer service and I wouldn’t recommend. We now have the bottle and I would either like a new different bottle or a replacement part for free.

GAME CHANGER!
The air up bottle has been a complete life changer for me. I’ve always had to add squash to my water in the past, always had fizzy drinks more than squash and drank a bit too many coffees daily..
I have had my bottle for two months and I haven’t touched a single drop of squash or fizzy drink since.
I’ve been the most hydrated I have ever been. It’s a purchase I definitely will not ever regret, I have also got two other people onto them as they were not convinced they would be effective.. their minds were blown!

Piece of crap
Piece of crap, thin plastic bottle! Tried to return, but their return policy is you can’t return if the box has been opened! I hadn’t used it, just opened the seal of the box and determined it’s a thin plastic and not for me!
Every other company accepts returns on cups, if not satisfied! Do not buy!!!

product top, delivery flop
I ordered two times from
the Air Up Shop and both times the order did not arrive at the published time. Now the second time
it‘s really a big problem because I ordered something as a present for a birthday party.
The customer support is quite nice though, they made another order for me, so I‘m sure I will get the product at one point, but then it‘s too late for
the present. So although I love the bittle and the idea behind air up, I‘m not so happy about the delivery issues.

Ordering and delivery was really quick
Ordering and delivery was really quick. The product so far is great, I was reluctant to spend so much on a water bottle but my daughter really wanted one. She is drinking more water (and less squash) than ever, so it’s a win! Already thinking of getting some for my sons to encourage them to drink more water too!

My granddaughter is drinking water
I love it and my granddaughter loves it. She’s actually drinking water. However my husband and my son can’t tell the difference and says it still tastes like water. But it is still a win for me, my husband and son doesn’t still my drinks and my granddaughter is drinking water. We like the peach 🍑 apparently the kola one taste like flat watered down coke, but it still tastes like coke :-) I like it.

doesn't do anything much
My son was excited to get this, he likes the smells of the pod and what the bottle looks like.
He says the pods do not do anything to the water.
The bottle is expensive for what it is, you might aswell just buy knock off as they'd do the same thing.

The Website was really easy to use. My order was processed really quickly and arrived very well packaged. I appreciated the free gift of additional ‘flavours’. As a product I am very impressed with the bottle. I needed something that was hands free for walking. I like the funky design and brightly coloured scrunchy cross body band. The flavour that is created via smell is amazing and definitely encourages me to drink more water.

The color blue lilac looked a bit more blue then in real life. In real life is basically purple, and the apple scent is not really noticeable.
