I ordered on June 15th and still have not received anything. I contacted customer service (AI) on June 20th and was told I would receive communications from them, I’m still waiting…. If it takes that long to get the pods, not worth the hype

Total disappointment
We received our bottle last week for my daughter’s birthday and I can honestly say we were extremely disappointed. The pods we brought looked like they had been opened and which then ruined all 3 flavours :( my daughter was so upset as we couldn’t get the full flavour experience that she’d been so excited about.

Amazing
I never received any updates of when it was dispatched or delivery notifications, it just turned up but it turned up in 2 days from ordering it, so happy with that. And absolutely love my cup and flavours, it’s ideal for someone who doesn’t like strong flavours like you get from squash, juice or even bottled flavoured water, I love it and it’s perfect for me at work, the water stays cold for hours in the cup I bought, can’t be without out it now

The ballad of an air up girl
A really great product but drinking through it can be quite difficult at times. I love the different bottles & colours they do so i hope they add more in the future!

Great variety of flavours, and of bottles as well. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and the checkout process is as easy. The pods last a long time, as I am still using the last one from my very first purchase, and I’m excited to try the new flavours.

Drink more water
I needed to drink more water as I’m having chemotherapy and Radiotherapy for stage 3 cancer. I’m not a big lover of water so I decided to give air up a try and yes it really works my plain water has a hint of lemon.
So I have been happily drinking loads.
I have only tried the lemon so far, looking forward to try another flavour.

The bottle arrived clearly opened and used. They still charge me for the return. The whole idea of these products are also non sence? very cheap material and product but charge multiple times of price of alternatives. never going to touch it again.

I had already reached out to your customer support before leaving this experience on here. Please don’t pretend that you don’t resale opened and used products: 1, the email I got acknowledged that the bottle was opened, but refused to pay for my return postage; 2, it says air up does not accept opened return and return never resale to customers. UTTERLY NONSENSE - after receiving this opened and used bottle I searched your return policy - even used bottles can be returned - so where do those opened and used bottles go? Your home?

Worth the money
Very fast delivery and it’s made me enjoy drinking water, I bought this to help with my weight loss journey. I’ve drank more water since I received this than ever before and the favours are fabulous. Still baffles my mind how I’m drinking normal water but has a taste.

Alex was really helpful and quick to get back to me.
It not really easy to find a way to communicate, i usually look in the how to contact in the main menu, but once I found the chat button, i figured it out. Apart from the timing between answers it was really easy to use. When the part i needed was coming up it pass me on to Alex. Alex was really helpful and make sure the correct items was added to my order. She was very efficient at getting back to me and made sure all my item was in the cart ready for me.
