You cannot contact anyone at Akiba-Hobby.
I have ordered many items from Japan in the past and never had any trouble with a Japanese company, except Akiba-Hobby.
They wrote the wrong city on the package.
The shipping company, DHL, told me they cannot change the address without Akiba's permission.
I made several attempts to contact someone at Akiba-Hobby.
But, they do not answer my emails.
They have a contact form on their website. But they don't answer that either.
After several days I finally got the problem worked out with DHL, with no help from AKIBA HOBBY.
If something is wrong with an order, or, shipping, you have no recourse when you order from Akiba-Hobby.
They will not reply to emails or their contact form.
I will not order from them again.
