It is a well made handle. It is attractively priced. However it does not work as described in the datasheet, and so is almost certainly not the product you want. "Tilt Safe mode allows movement to the tilt position when locked, allowing ventilation without compromising safety." That is not how the handle works. When the handle is locked it stays locked; when you unlock it you can move it to tilt position. "Handle locks in the closed position and the tilt position". No it does not. If you try to lock it in the tilt position, what actually happens in that you unlock the turn position. It sounds counterintuitive, but you actually have to lock the window in the tilt position to unlock the turn function. So it is an odd design that does not work as described
