Super You have great quality clothes
Super You have great quality clothes, caps, and other gear. It’s just a bit hard to get the sizing right, because for Europe the sizes are definitely too big. Other than that, everything is great! See you at the track — I’ll be supporting you!

Everything was great except for one detail. They sent my package to the Carrier without my P. O. box adress, and i had trouble getting it assigned to me.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service from the Aston Martin F1 Store. Their website glitch/error caused me to place the wrong size order, and I emailed them IMMEDIATELY after placing it to try and fix the issue before it was shipped. Despite that, they ignored the request and sent the wrong order out anyway.
To make things worse, they then expected ME to pay for return shipping just to get a refund for an order that was caused by THEIR website issue in the first place. That is completely unacceptable for a premium brand.
This whole process feels incredibly shady and anti-consumer. You would never see a company like Amazon handling customers this badly. Instead of trying to help, they just hide behind “store policy” and make the customer wear the cost of their mistake.
For a brand associated with luxury and professionalism, the customer support experience has been embarrassingly poor.

Great product and service support
Great product and service support. Product quality is very good. Also, delivery was arranged faster that I expected. The minor issue was that, I had received tracking number a little bit late but support team was solved it with high professionalism.

I wish there where signed products from the drivers and the team members which we see every race weekend.
