Great Product/Shipping Fail
First of all I am impressed with the hat I purchased. It is first rate in all respects. What I am less impressed with is the company (Stichd) that fulfilled my order. My order arrived in a carton that was ripped in one corner and would have been wide open if not for the circumference of the carton being wrapped in tape. Fortunately the item inside was sealed in a protective bag otherwise I would have had to request and process a replacement. Please keep an eye on those responsible for representing your brand which I suspect is fairly important.

Postponement of Deliver
Great product online, but after more than a week I still don't have the product. I keep on receiving messages that I will receive it but when the date comes closer, I get a message that the date will be postponed. Super excited to get the product, but to keep on postponing it does not help much.
