Bingo Merch have always sold really good quality t-shirts from top quality bands, and the customer service is really good. But UK buyers beware - most of their tees now come from EU so if it doesnt fit - the cost of returning to Germany pretty much outweighs the cost of the tee. Which has really put me off using them in future - not Bingo's fault its stupid Brexits fault. But still annoying....

I ordered a vinyl and a t-shirt. It arrived in 10 days. The reason for the length of the arrival is the underperformance of Hungarian post office. I wrote them an e-mail, where my order was, and they replied the next day, in a very informative manner.

Had an issue with a lost return, but was dealt with in a very friendly and trusting manner by Tori, thank you for your great service.

Great level of service! I've ordered from this company a few times now (great Sonic Youth designs!) but the last time I received the wrong t-shirt. Tori was great in sorting this and arranging for the correct t-shirt to be sent without any fuss. I highly recommend this company!

I would like to thank Tori at Bingo Merch for her kindness and understanding when I had reported an error to her in my delivery. She responded quickly and sent the correct shirt I had ordered. The shop's T-shirt designs for the band Earthless look amazing, they exhibit artistic detail that aren't very common in graphic tees in the market today.

The Metal scene where I live isn't very diverse, any shops here that sell rock merch pretty much only have the same Iron Maiden, Misfits, and this obscure band called "Mellatica"? 🤷‍♂️, and of course, Megadeth tees on stock, and even that is limited.

I order most my shirts online, and I'm glad I get to express my newfound love for Earthless in a way I don't have to describe to the point of distraction with my wife while out on our dinner dates.

I must highly praise the communication with me as a client. I made a mistake when ordering. I was therefore unable to pick up the shipment. Tori, who communicated with me, tried very hard to help me to find it. Although I didn't get to it in the end, he resent the parcel to me (with no extra charge).
The goods arrived in excellent condition, undamaged, just as I expected. Without a doubt, I will definitely order from Bingomerch again.

Bought approximately 9 LP vinyl disk there. They made my dreams true because i got what i wanted for long time.
Easy to make an order, fast shipping, helpful employe,honest prices and production have good quality.

Had a slight issue with the print on a long sleeve T-shirt. They got back in touch straight away, reprinted the T-shirt and dispatched it within a few days. Excellent customer service, could not fault them.

Received a warped Lp from them, it could not be played on my turntable. Contacted them, and they were helpful, even changed the address for me so I could receive the replacement album while I was visiting a friend in Germany, saving me extra customs processing, and themselves some shipping. They kept a clear vinyl version aside for me should my new album be warped too, but I had them open and check the album before they sent it. Which they did. So in my opinion, excellent customer service.

Great products, and even more helpful staff. I had an issue with delivery. Not caused by Bingo Merch, but by the carrier. The customer support was super helpful and I got my order exactly as it should have been.

Ordered 2 t-shirts from this shop (Hüsker Dü and Sonic Youth), both in XL size. They sent wrong Sonic Youth t-shirt in M size and correct Hüsker Dü t-shirt but also in wrong, M size. After I contacted them, they were able to make things right. I got correct t - shirts in correct sizes, and also some great gifts as an apology. I am really satisfied with their customer support, pleasant communication and willing to help.
