I called on Monday and got sent to the saleman's voicemail. On Thursday I wrote a request through their "contact" on their website. Yesterday I got an email from Nijaz Mustedanagic asking if we could talk today, i said anytime after 12:45. Never heard a word. Now I would never use them for any technolgy needs. Just got an email from him (9:27) claiming he called me at 1:13. I sent him my screenshot showing no call and no voicemail. what a great company representative.

I never heard of this company before, but they claimed to have a specific Mikrotik AC adapter (48POW) in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere, so I gave them a shot.

They shipped my order next business day and when it arrived, yes it was the real part I wanted! Not some other similar part or knockoff. Very thrilled about that.

They initially forgot to include a standard US power plug with it. Not a big deal, the plugs are cheap and available everywhere. But I called them anyway, using the number on the website. To my amazement, a human being answered the phone immediately. He took a look at my order, apologized for forgetting the plug, and had a plug shipped to me at no cost. He emailed me the tracking number for it shortly after the call.

Based on my experience, this is a trustworthy company and if they do happen to make an error, they will correct it. I would shop with them again.

RUN AWAY

I like UPS and specifically select the UPS shipping option however they always use Fedex. Customers should get what they select. BSC will change options without asking. Not a good business practice in my opinion.

Fast delivery in a tech pinch. Will use again for biz telecom needs.

Very slow shipping. The reply I got to my enquiry was not friendly. It doesn't make sense that I order something to shipped by Express courier and it gets dispatched from you 10 days later.

We have bought from BizSysCon for many years. They get your order out quickly and efficiently most times the same day for a smaller order. They also contact you if something you order is out of stock to inquire as to your wishes on shipping a partial order or waiting until the whole order is availabe.
