These inks have perfect saturation, ...the small white print in dark backgrounds, that have no color have sharp edges and very readable. What I see on my monitor is accurately produced in my photo prints. A cut above...

Toner Cartridge Replacement for TN760
Purchased 2-pack replacement for Brother TN760. Can't get either cartridge to work. Multiple times, I followed added instructions to "rotate [gear] clockwise ...as the right picture" so "hole appears in window"; never worked. In past, I've purchased replacement cartridges from Cartridge World retail locations with no problems and without added hassle of rotating gear. Waste of $$$ and time as well as frustrating. Don't recommend.

My order arrived to my city very quickly, but FedEx lost it. FedEx customer service was terrible and they never took responsibility.. Cartridge World was top- notch, and they sent a replacement order.

The cartridge did not work
The cartridge that I purchased would not work in my h.P printer. The printer error message stated ot was not an h p original cartridge. I wrote to your customer service to request a way to get past this error or, if not able, to send this unused cartridge back for a refund. I sent two messages to your customer service and never received a reply. I went out and purchased h p original cartridges and still have yours in its original box awaiting communications from Cartridge World.

Great Match & Even Better When It Wasn't
This was my first experience with Cartridge World. I purchased replacement color ink cartridges for both a Brother MFC-J6945DW and HP 8600 printer. The order process was easy, pricing reasonable and delivery free. When the cartridges arrived, I had success with the remanufactured HP 951XL cartridge - first test print was perfect. I wasn't so lucky with the compatible Brother LC3037. After multiple cleanings and adjustments, I still couldn't get a clean page with any of the colors. When I notified Customer Service, Carol proactively explained that the cartridges that weren't working were covered under their guarantee, and she would guide me through the process. This was a pleasant surprise as I'd determined that these cartridges were a failed experiment, with me being out the money I'd spent.
I awarded 4 stars because there was still the issue of the compatible cartridges not working with my printer. But for integrity, honesty and the fantastic customer service provided by Carol - 5 stars!
