When cookies first opened in Panama City, they offered decent prices and staff were very friendly.
A few months later prices are up thc% is down and most importantly they don’t recognize pre orders. Don’t waste for time, Raven the PIC told me they don’t do preorders if they deem their self busy. She advised it is FCFS. Very disappointed since the whole purpose of preorders.
There are several dispensaries in Panama City, shop around. Don’t go by corporate hype

Worst than bad. Absolute rip off especially their Dud seeds! So many complaints about their ripped off dud or Hermie seeds! Cookies are here to rip you off far better breeders out there. Their flower is rubbish most of the time. Berner needs to stop eating and concentrate on his declining business!

We ordered stuffed sugar cookies and brown butter blondies. Half of the cookies were burnt on the bottom, and all but two of the blondies were burnt and hard as a rock. I contacted their customer service email with an attached video of all that was wrong. After one week they haven't replied.

I had my first visit to Cookies, and it was an outstanding and informative experience. Shaine (H), the knowledgeable Trini guy, dropped plenty of gems while sharing insightful information that I had never encountered before. He’s not just knowledgeable; he’s also a genuinely delightful person, who knows his science of the plant. I loved it. I learned things I didn't know I needed to know but I am glad I do now.
I also appreciated Gabby, who was working alongside him and was equally knowledgeable. The highlight was the amazing manager's special—unbeatable price! Without a doubt, I'll be back. Cookies have earned my loyalty! or my nickname The Cookies Monster!!

One of the oatmeal rasin cookies i was eating, and as I bit in to the cookie something was not chewing up, and I pulled it out of my mouth and found a piece of paper with some kind of BUG mixed in with the paper!! Do not recommend any one to order from this company at all...

Placed an order, then realized they never had any intention of filling this order. They have multiple law suits against them for ripping people off. Have chatted in, sent multiple emails, they will never answer. They WILL however charge your card and leave you with nothing. Grade A con artists

Today was my 3rd bad experience. I went to pick up my pre ordered product. It was on sale. I asked to use my senior discount and my points and cashier #81568 said I couldn't use my discounts because the product was on sale he also said I had to be 65 to use my senior discount because I wasn't eligible. I asked him to look at my last purchases he did and said I couldn't stack my discounts. Left disappointed

Went to the Grand Opening in Ontario, Or. this morning and being a person with a disability I had to park almost 1/4 mile away while all the handicapped spots were taken by employees without handicaps. I was one of the first 100 there, but because of the disarray and mismanagement, I was lucky to get in at all. The prices are high compared to all other dispensaries in Ontario. Will not go again and will not recommend it.

I really liked cookies until I started to find high levels of THC elsewhere, but for the life of I decided to stop by and grab some moon rock but I ain't never had moon rock like this. It has no wax not sticky, it was pathetic in all since. Im so 😞 I really expected more from the brand every now and again you might get a 30, for the most part it's 26% at best and they 45$ for that. I can get 35 from a different place np.
