It is exactly what it says on the tin and therefore, perfect for my needs. As a coffee enthusiast (slash nerd!) I need water with a zero TDS so I can remineralise as required for my various types and roasts of coffee. The TDS meter provided is great, letting me know my tap water TDS (126 for the record) then showing me the water after filtration (0!) The vessel itself is a great size at 5.2L allowing me to do good sized batches at a time, it stores away nicely in my under stairs cupboard, has a solid tap dispenser built in and is overall exactly what I wanted. Two minor critiques, the reservoir at the top where the filter is only holds a couple of litres, so you do need to add water, let it filter and then repeat a couple of times. Also the lid on mine doesn't seat very well, it rattles and wobbles a lot. Id personally like a rubber seal along the edge of the lid so it seats firmly and provides more protection. Other than that, no complaints, It arrived super fast, with a couple of days and the only set up was pulling the tab out the TDS meter, slotting it in it's section, rinsing the filter, slotting that in and then you are good to go. The Culligan filters cost a lot of money and only last for several weeks in a 2 person household. TDS levels where I live, Bristol, are standard for the UK. Very disappointing. I would avoid Culligan - its £100s each year on non recyclable / reusable filters.

This product has been faulty since I received it and nobody has dealt with my complaint after several messages they have received off me. Extremely disappointed with my purchase and the way it's been dealt with I hope being Xmas has something to do with their poor customer service

I have the larger 9.2l one aswell but it's to big for my fridge si I bought this and it's perfect. I do like the different style tap better.

Prefer this kitchen top 5.5ltr dispenser than my old jug type I had. Water monitor is superb. Flow rate is excellent. Biggest advantage for me is that you don’t have to fill it up so often.

Delivery very fast, left outside however. Product excellent works really well. I had a brita jug before now I use the brita as a pre filter. It may keep the culligan filter longer. Very pleased.

I’m genuinely impressed with this 5.2L dispenser. It looks sleek on the counter, holds plenty of water for the whole day, and most importantly, the water tastes incredibly clean and fresh. You can really tell the difference after using the ZeroWater filter. The built-in TDS meter is a brilliant touch and gives peace of mind that the filtration is working. Refilling is simple, the spout pours smoothly, and the whole thing feels well made. Highly recommend if you're serious about drinking better water at home.
