The information that comes with the filer is very sparse. It does not give good instructions about the TDS meter. It does not explain about the acid/alkaline balance of the water. It is not being distributed in the UK any longer, which I found out the day after receiving my filter. Had I known this I would NOT have bought it. The customer service team (only via email no telephone number) were not very helpful. Very disappointed!

I've used zero water filters for years the upgraded version is amazing easy to use and great value for money I love the new design very modern and I love the new curls slide lid for easy access to refill

We are getting used to the taste of filtered water. The first filter ran out in 2 weeks so that was too early for what I expected but we did keep it immersed in water mostly. I have changed it now and using it carefully so hope this works for long.

Using it for less than a month. Not only the TDS increased to nearly a 150~ from the provided TDS meter with the filter. But the filter actually got rotten from inside! the water smell is nasty and I got upset stomach for days tell I realized it's from the filter! This is with less than 3 weeks of usage! Embarrassing!

Whoever designed the lid needs a head wobble! What’s the point of putting the water filling hole at the back of the water tank! I have to take the tank out of the fridge every time I fil it up! It’s not what I’d call a user friendly function!
