I will give 0 stars, they saying the filter will last 30 days,no it doesn’t last, just one week and a half, waste of money !! In 2 weeks I teste the water and he reached 178 ppm from 0 first day, I don’t ustthe water for cooking just for drinking ,they saying after 6 ppm change the filter, in this way I need 4 filters in 30 days!( £60 )

Currently I can only comment on the quality of the products and customer service because i have not as yet hence the 9.5 ltrs water dispenser hence the 4 stars. Both are great thank you.

The tap is way too high really don’t know why it isn’t lower. A decent amount of water juts sits at the bottom so either have to tip the jug over or keep it near enough full all the time. Pure regret buying should have got a RO filter. Plus water filters are overpriced and barely last a month.

I Love this this dispenser it holds a good amount of water, it takes up less room on the worktop and looks really nice. having the tap you can fit a jug under makes it super easy to use.
