Don’t even act as if they give a damn.
I bought a £600 bike from them and it was obvious that they weren’t that interested in offering decent customer service until i handed over hard-earned money and fundamentally their website ‘says’ that they’ve got stock when they haven’t - so their website is like a collinder of crap.
Agree days later they brought my bike and they guy acted like ‘you sap you’ve just spent a fortune instead of going on amazon’. He didn’t even wait around when I asked him to wait for a minute.
> They remind me a_lot about mobsters.
The day the bike arrived I went for a bike ride and within an hour or two got a puncture in the front tire. Completely rendering the bike useless.
It just seems like an off-shore shell company that promises the world, doesn’t care what their actual price is per bike, and are happy to leave you in the lurch if you ask for help.
They don’t even come across as friendly when you walk-in.
They’re full of mondo-crypto talk when all I want is plain English.
2/10 - no effort to help a local after giving them over half a grand by debit card.
