I waited too long for a product that did not live up to my expectations
It was delivered after many days, more than a week, the product does not live up to my expectations, for the taste it has, it is not worth more than $0.50 an envelope, the price is much too high for what you get.

Buna ziua! Ne pare rau sa auzim ca livrarea a durat mai mult ca de obicei in cazul dvs.
Dupa mai multe verificari pentru comanda dvs, am constatat ca aceasta a fost plasata pe data de 17.01.2023, seara. Comanda a plecat de la depozitul nostru pe data de 18.01.2023, iar urmatoarea zi s-a incercat livrarea, dar nu ati raspuns la telefon la curier pentru preluare. Livrarea a fost amanata din acest motiv. Coletul a fost livrat in prima zi lucratoare, imediat dupa weekend.
In alta ordine de idei, avem pe site disponibile peste 40 de arome din care puteti alege si suntem siguri ca veti gasi o aroma care sa fie si pe gustul dvs.

De regula, comenzile se livreaza in maxim 1-2 zile lucratoare de la dată plasării comenzii pe site, cu excepție făcând zilele de weekend și/sau zilele declarate sărbători legale.
Echipa de suport a verificat comanda dvs si aceasta a fost plasata in data de 25 Decembrie, Duminica. Aceasta a fost impachetata si expediata catre dvs. astazi, 27 Decembrie pentru ca Luni a fost zi de Sarbatoare. Comanda va ajunge incepand de Miercuri la dvs.
