After the merge with Oliunid the store turn into garbage , now the support team took 10 hour to reply that you need to text Oliunid and they refuse to ship my stuff even after 10 day , now i have to wait a month for my stuff to arrive 🤔 Used to be the best , now owned by greedy Italian

Firstly, I'm so grateful to have found a distributor of discounted E9 climbing pants that ships (speedily and also for free for a minimum order value) to U.S., where the "free market" is otherwise in my opinion a desert for quality, durable, and affordable climbing pants. Moreover, the customer service for my purchase with EpicTV was above and beyond; a representative (go, Matteo!) was able to update my order after submission, when I had made a last-minute decision to change the size. In the hellscape of AI-hallucinations and chat bots, it was so refreshing to correspond with someone who was not merely reading from a script or refusing to negotiate with e-commerce software but could consider my request as a sentient being would. E9 climbing pants last long, so I'm not sure that I'll soon be a repeat customer, though I will check back for other climbing gear needs. In any case, I've already recommended EpicTV to my climbing friends!

This is my first time purchasing from EpicTV shop and I couldn't be happier, I ordered my climbing shoes on sunday and it arrived in Portugal on thursday morning. Additionally, from what I have seen so far, the prices are unbeatable

Quick and considerate customer care. I had a small issue with delivery (fault of the delivery firm, not EPICTV). A few emails with EPICTV resolved this. Very satisfied.

I am seriously disapointed. I chose a product, paid for it and I got an comfirmation e-mail that the item is out of stock. And that the order is actually a preorder and they will ship me the intem in 3-6 weeks or even more. Like come on. Who wants to wait for gear that long? Their Support handled the case very well (they canceled the order and sent my money back- the 2 stars are for them).

EpicTV sell climbing and outdoor gear and do an amazing job. They price competitively and are extremely responsive on both delivery time and customer service. I've ordered from these girls and guys a number of times and cannot fault any aspect of their business. Could not recommend highly enough. Furthermore, they carry some gear other places I cannot get (particularly DMM imps in Australia). Will certainly shop again, and you should too!

Excellent service. Ordered some shoes, they end up being out of stock, refund was very quick. Placed another order for different shoes and received them a few days later with DHL international shipping.

Encountered an error when my item was entering customs, which was promptly rectified by Matteo.

Despite the delay, the package arrived within a week.

I live in Australia, and I typically support local businesses. However, when purchasing climbing gear, I buy online from EpicTV. Despite the delivery costs, the prices are much lower, the selection is more extensive, and the delivery is speedy. Additionally, tracking the package is convenient and reliable.

To start with I was not sure about the company as the name sounded weird and the price was the lowest by I could find online. The money was taken, no email arrived so I was sure it's scam and I should have known better. After a week I emailed the customer service to see that it was my mistake. I had a typo in my my email address. The customer service was very quick and resolved the mystery immediately. The package was already waiting in the pick up point for a few days. So overall great price, quick delivery, extremely helpful, quick in replying, and nice customer service (Thank you Sally)!

Freaking ass experience. Recently bought tenaya oasi from them as a gift for my friend and gave me a s**t ass quality shoe saying that’s how it looks like. With so much scratches and glue all over. LOL like are you taking us a dumb person or what? Asked to return and refund but took forever to reply and saying the shoe is ok. They are scammers so don’t trust them.
