It’s hard to understand how these people are really not taking care for their business.
Ordered two weeks ago 3 head covers at a price of € 120,00 exclusively the delivery cost at a rate of € 23,00.
I received 2 out of 3 of the covers and a T-shirt.
Sent them an e-mail about the missing piece and the wrong delivery of the T-shirt and after two weeks and over 10 mails, they still think it is a DHL mistake?
Can you imagine DHL is changing the content of a package?
I asked them several times and I just get AI automated e-mail responses.
