I mistakenly purchased a duplicate Nintendo Switch game. I contacted customer services who advised me how and where to return. This return was acknowledged and a full refund was processed. Great communication and service, so would definitely use this company again.

The items arrived on time and in good condition. GameByte are always exceptionally helpful whenever I have any questions. Great service all around.

Purchased a selection of games as Christmas gifts. Great prices and selection. Unfortunately got a couple of doubles.
Company were fantastic with the returns and especially the customer service and communications.

Brilliant and quick service even at Christmas time!!

Gamebyte sent the wrong item then took 3 days to respond to the issue. Too late to rectify the matter before Christmas and didn’t seem to care. Also told me to return the item enclosing a cover letter to ensure my refund. What century are we in? Seems my experience is just another poor stat in a forming trend.

I was sceptical about using this this company as I havent heard of them- oh how I wish Id listened to my inner self!
Ordered as a birthday present in plenty of time for the 10th Dec, arrived on the 10th, to find out theyd sent the wrong format game. Emailed them straight away- b4 the so called 'manned til 5pm' cut off time, nothing! And nothing for all of the following week. I emailed them again, have left my details and still nothing. We are now on the 20th and still nothing 😡 all because it was £5 cheaper. I have now said for a refund and surprise surprise, no reply!!
I have been burnt- dont let it happen to you. Pay the extra and get what you want- please dont give this company your custom as they honestly do not deserve it. Disgusting customer service-I'll re word that- NO customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

Stay away from this company. I placed an order on 1st December and was promised my delivery be with in the week. I waited in 3 three times on separate days as instructed mynthe courier. Still no delivery. I have requested a refund which has not happened. No contact telephone number for Gamebyte only an email address which does not even reply. It's a SCAM

I am highly recommending this shop! Great prices and their customer service (Ella) was really lovely and helpful with their quick responses.
That was my first purchase with Gamebyte and never heard about them before, so I was a bit uncertain but I am really glad I eventually did.

Don't use these people sent wrong format 3 emails later still no response.... shocking absolutely no customer experience or apologies or anything to get rectified.... prob ruined sons Xmas thanks Gamebyte

Good advertised price, but item not received yet (15/12) despite being told dispatched 30/11. Contacted support but heard nothing back. Appreciate reliant on Royal Mail and busy at this time of year, but currently no Xmas present for my son and no confidence of how will be sorted. Out of pocket and running out of time.

Absolutely shocking customer service, not heard anything from them. I paid £60 for an item on 27th Nov on a 2 day promised delivery date. It's now 15th Dec and still no item and not one response to my 3 emails asking for a refund. Yes, I have waited twice for their 5 day warning for an email response but nothing. These guys are criminals, just taking your money and running off. Will be taking this down the legal route now. DO NOT TOUCH THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!!

Excellent service. The ordering process was simple and quick and the website easy to navigate. The dispatch/postage time was incredibly fast, especially given the time of year so Christmas presents arrived all on time! Will certainly be using this company again.
