Worst customer service.
I ordered some clippers and was promised they’d arrive within 7 days. They didn’t, I had to chase them at least 6 times, and customer service just read and blanked my messages half the time. They finally arrived after 2 weeks, and multiple failed promises. All throughout I was more than understanding. I was then promised vouchers for the loss of money I encountered by having to cancel clients, I never received these. I was also promised free gifts for the dogs that I had to cancel, which have also never arrived. Terrible customer service and can’t even stick to promises they make to rectify the situation.
