Super easy to choose and pay for products on the website then ready for collection from the shop when I was passing.

I ordered shampoo on 28th February

It took over a week to arrive but arrived today and was well packaged.

I also emailed the company to check the status and received a response within the hour.

As a first time buyer I will not going to shop here again. Again this is only my opinion and my experience. After placing order, there was no other communication regarding my order. Only the confirmation. No confirmation that the items been dispatched. I tried to call multiple times a day, but the phone number kept directing me to EE voicemail. Sent email, but no one responded as well, sent another one and only then got my response. I felt like this was a one person business, but i might be wrong, but that's how it felt.
After items finally arrived it was packed in a parcel paper bag only and items were not secured for travelling, which items such as shampoo should be packed better.
My parcel was squished and the items inside leaked. Me losing some product and the bag was ruined as well. In all fairness i felt like this was some scam or something due to lack of communication during the waiting time. I'm giving 3 stars and will be choosing more reliable shop in the future.

Lovely products wich is worthy of five stars, but packaging and presentation box all damaged, which didn't bother me too much as it was for myself, if it had been a gift would have definitely gone back.

I had difficulty initially in placing my order - 'shipment not available for your address' - so left it. Got an email to say that I should complete my order; explained what happened and I received a 'phone message to carry on as there was a computer error regarding non-shipment. I carried on and order was completed and arrived a few days later. Was impressed with your service and follow up and gave me the impression that you are an efficient organization who cares about the customer. Thank you.
