I had a horrible experience with this company, which, by the way, we had already used before for Brazil and it had gone very well… anyway…
We came to Colombia and I bought 6 accesses for 16 days. We installed them before arriving and when we got here we had several problems; one of them never worked, but since they said it was already activated there was nothing they could do…
I bought 2 more accesses because meanwhile another family member also wanted internet access… one never worked and the other worked for 1 day. They said they would refund one, but not the other…
The remaining ones practically didn’t work in Cartagena and stopped working in San Andrés… a complete flop…
I complained… several times… they send useless emails with no solutions and always with the same questions. The chat is useless and we repeat the same things endlessly to different people… never again…
In the end, they canceled the accesses of almost 300 euros paid as a form of retaliation and even sent me a screenshot of my complaint… I only wish I could show that conversation here…
After several complaints they sent us an email suggesting a refund of €20.32 for one of the cards and €14.18 for another card. I have no words…
We bought a total of 8 accesses for 16 days (I can’t be precise now, but around a bit more than 300 euros), during most of which we had no internet, spent hours trying to resolve the situation, and suffered an unimaginable inconvenience… and this company, which has atrocious customer service, values all this inconvenience at less than 35 euros…
We are requesting a full refund of the amount spent on these 8 accesses, because that is how we believe we should be compensated, and we will request it from PayPal with information from all the conversations and emails exchanged with this company’s representatives.
