I was expecting a pull cord on the right but you have sent a wand control, despite your literature stating this...

Would like to have given no stars
Would like to have given no stars. I have not received the blinds I was told would arrive last Thursday or Friday. I have emailed Just Blinds but have received no reply.

We would not recommend this company
We are now approaching almost 12 testing months dealing with this company and getting absolutely nowhere. I am having to resort to putting a second poor review as I can foresee no resolution to our faulty blind situation. We are awaiting replacement of a bathroom vertical blind after the initial one was measured up wrongly. Despite countless calls to the office and promises from admin staff , who frankly have been fobbing us off for months, we are left with blinds that are too short and do not cover the full window. This is a bitter pill to swallow considering our whole original order for 6 window blinds had to be replaced due to poor workmanship and poor quality product. This company are not interested in customer feedback. In fact they told my husband they were not going to honour our order due to a previous poor review we had placed on this site. I think this says it all.
