Clear and professionally friendly communication with Customer Service and fast dispatch..

I made an order for items that I needed within a short time.
One of the items was in another branch of the Company and so there was a possibility of delay.
They made that fact known to me immediately.
I explained that I needed the items urgently and they did the impossible and got them dispatched together ridiculously quick.
All through this, they were very professional, friendly and helpful with advice regarding postal services.
I am a very happy customer.👍
