Ordered on 14th December, still not received!
I ordered the item on 14th December, it didn't arrive by Christmas, and when I queried when to expect delivery, I was told by you that I had to pay additional customs duties for it to be released! The item was a pair of trainers for my son, and the cost (including shipping) was over $200. I have still not received them, and it is now 31st December. I have requested a refund if the items have not already been shipped. Not the kind of service I expected from this company. Very disappointing.

Bad manners by the company
Bought a pair of sneakers during Black Friday. Then, the day after I received a notification that the shoes were not in stock because of a bug in the system. After that when the shoes had to be refunded I didn’t receive the full amount that was withdrawn from my account. Thereafter I decided to reach out and they couldn’t answer why I wasn’t fully refunded and wasent able to offer any compensation for all the issues. Really bad by a company on my eyes!

No Customer Return option
Moaconcept trading as Fashiongate do not offer a customer return option. The onus is on the customer to return the item at considerable personal cost. Customer service is very poor.

As per our policy, if the item is defective, or if the wrong size or product was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs. In all other cases, however, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
That said, we’d still really appreciate it if you could let us know what specifically didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve and grow.

I bought Hype white sneakers from Moaconcept.
The purchase and delivery process ( very fast delivery) went smoothly, the size guide was very useful for me when choosing the size. The sneakers in this short period of time as far as I have them are comfortable and seem to be made of quality materials.
A little disappointing because the sneakers are made in China (designed in Italy) while the other two models Club &Iconic are made in Italy that's why I gave one star less in the rating.
