I am more than £101.00 out of pocket. I had to return the items I purchased BECAUSE anyone who suffers with blood clotting is advised not to use it. I am on blood thinners for life - it wasn't until I read the instructions which came with the Foot Massager and the Neck Massager - that I found this out. I was given an address to return te items to CHINA?? which was given to me by a Mr. John Miller which I thought was odd. Nevertheless, I returned the goods with a TRACKING Number and sent an e-mail confirming all of this to Mr. J. Miller. I have heard nothing since. I have tried e-mailing the Company many times - without success. I am still awaiting a REFUND. But, how do I connect with them?? IF, I do not hear from them - I take it that they are SCAMMING me. The company is a fraudulent one. I never got my item delivered since June 6, 2023. I have tried to get in touch with their support services but the email no longer exists and now the website direct contact does not exist too. To be honest 65euro now a waste.. no item, no money.

Bought a Total Body Massager. Will not charge despite being plugged in for 24 hours.

Scammed me out of a lot of money. The company refused to give me a refund and gave me an address in China to return it to. Never got refund
I was overcharged you can get the same foot messager for under $10 on many websites they advertised $29.99 and charged me $64.99 total SCAM Don’t purchase from this company

I ordered for one foot massager and Got charged for same Or similar item.4 times. I only have two feet..ha. I spoke to them over the phone and they said they would send me one of the items that I originally wanted. In a refund for the rest. I never received any shipment. So I put a claim/dispute with my bank. If they sent me an email it may have Gone to the scam area. I have been warned unknown to open only emails thst are identified.And I'm still out over $400. And no merchandise. And they didn't even have my address To send The item till I spoke on the phone. Help I am eighty two and cannot afford this.

Just did not work. I was really hoping for some pain relief from neuropathy. Well it just was a total waste of money. To anyone out there thinking of buying one don't waste your money. I am a pensioner in my 80s and cannot afford to make mistakes like this.

The product, or as much of it as was delivered, is good. Hence the one star.
Sadly, not all of the order arrived. I've emailed on numerous occassions to ask that this issue is addressed. That has been a waste of time since nothing has been resolved despite being advised that I would be contacted by the appropriate department.

Positive results with-in 3 days, the swelling in my right leg went down to almost normal. Increase in energy by day 4. Skipping the afternoon naps by 7th day.

Sent one to my Sister-in-law with Plantar Fasciitis and she felt results starting in 3 days.

My 86yr old mother bought the back massager it will not recharge the product is unuseable and cost her£51.55 .This company is a scam and I am very skeptical of any positive reviews on Trust pilot.

I was overcharged for this order. Charged $73.85 for $59.95 item.
Emailed several times and was told I only paid $8.95 for "Expedited shipping" !! Nope, comes to $13,90 for shipping. This was on my credit card dated April 21, and I haven't even received the massager !!
Amazon has the same item for $19 !!

It’s basically a scam product from China-
Casing looks like what’s advertised but the inside is an empty void- no massaging tool here just a fancy battery and a 3 diodes for lights.

Terrible! Stay away from this company. Bought a back massager - ordered early June paid for expedited delivery only to receive nearly a month later. And, it doesn’t work!! Grrrrr Have emailed more than 5 times asking for a refund/ return shipping label and no one has replied. 63.00 doen thd drain. They allegedly offer 90 day guarantee yet to date after several emails no one will reply.

Bought from company on 16th June had to wait and chase up before delivered
Item did not work so contacted customer support who after trying to fix online but was same info that came with massager they agreed to replace.
This was on 1st July have emailed many times since was told to wait 7 to 10 days now 15 days and still no sign or update
It's been a month since first ordered I would have been better buying from amazon at half the price

Despite over 10 emails to customer service all that were not answered I reported to pay pal who were excellent and reimbursed me within hours
While on holiday parcel arrived PP have asked if they can now take payment but have bought from amazon for half price
So refused and contacted Moyess they said I could return and gave address no label available this is going to cost over £15 to China
I feel I have been mugged so please don't watch the videos or see on Instagram or Facebook unless you want to be out of pocket and stressed out

Bought foot massager 60 day guarantee full refund, not suitable for me due to high blood pressure had to return to China £16.45 postage although i did get a refund I am now £24.40 out of pocket as they charged me their postage as well DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The massager is perfect for back pain and I also got the belt so I’m using it simultaneously before bed. I started with 5 min sessions and now I do 10 minutes twice a day. Good stuff. They always have good promotions over email so you can get it even cheaper once you already bought one!

I gotta share this..I bought total body massager. The first time in a few years I could walk without holding a wall! And guess what? My nagging back pain vanished into thin air. It was like pure magic, I'm telling ya. But you know how it goes, every now and then that pesky pain tries to sneak its way back in. I guess it all comes down to what I'm up to. But let me tell ya, most of the time, this bad boy works wonders

Great massagers! They helped me a lot in neuropathy issues and also the support over the phone was really helpful with updating me where is my order.

Oh dear yet another rubbish company that sell rubbish items from face book and charge you a small fortune please do not buy you WILL be sorry
