They haven't refunded my money yet, at first they said they wouldn't refund it. Since one month I did not received my order. I do not recomend them. Do not buy online from this shop.

Yes I ordered a very small Item using the least expensive postage option thinking thhat from Italy to France it would arrive in a few days.
So placed order on the 18/09/2025
So Today 26/09/2025 still no item from Italy to France. This Company Use DHL which does seem to have a poor reputation after I looked into it due to the long delay in delivery.
Looking at the tracking this small packed was sent from Italy to Germany to Ireland back to Belguim then to France. Yes this a bit out of Pogliani control but they can also choose to list better providers to deliver there items!!!! I am writting this because there response was so negative and like they tried to say I used the lowest cost delivery is a bit of a JOKE. All these air miles to ship thier products.
If i was a Director of the Company I would be asking DHL why this was happing. ITS Italy to France? Not Far and i got shot down for asking. No worries I see you have reviews in the region of 42% of only 1 star on here. I gave 2 But again you just lost another customer. ENjoy Oh I still have no product YET
My second purchase from Pogliani.com and although the arrival was a little delayed, this was the fault of the local carrier and even so, customer service at Pogliani were quick to assist. I have found their website easy to negotiate, their prices are excellent and shipping to France is very reasonable. What really counts for me is their customer service, who always respond quickly and whom I find to be very helpful.
