First shipment was lost in space, second is demolished... Waiting for over 1 1/2 month!!

First shipment was lost in space, got an reship after a few weeks of waiting and now i recieved an article with a demolished label.

Waiting for return label and another reship.
Article was ordered in mid october.

Bad quality control!!
Will update if the answer to my mails and i got a solution.
Also want a refund for the paid customs, cause i want an exchange and i have to pay customs again.
