The best site for B ware items. I recieved a non functioning product unfortunately. However, on contacting them they sent me a replacement product and asked me to keep the old one. Super fast resolution.

Dispatched my shipment immediately after I ordered. All items delivered and carefully packaged. Condition of the toys is better than expected. Since batteries hold charge and lights as well as movable parts are still in working order the items were as good as new. All cables, manuals and accessories included. Great shopping experience all around.

The product arrived an entire week late. They wrote the address aall wrong which caused this delay. When it arrived it was broken as well. I called the customer service the person there just does not know how to attend a call let alon deal with customer. She spoke so slowly that it was not even possible to hear her. Utter disappointment.

I ordered 2 items on the 2nd of August. They were to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I am in Germany visiting and on a limited time frame. I received a receipt and tracking number. The tracking site would only say the package was registered but not received by the system. Its 10 days later and that is the same message. Reached out to the seller several times. Still no product. The last message asked me to alert them when I receive the package. THEY have to SEND the package for me to receive it. NOT happy. NOT satisfied. Would not recommend this company for anything.
