The BCD patches are cool. Easy to customize. Pretty colours.

We ordered decorative tags for our BCDs and after discussing how cute they were going to be decided to place another order about 30 minutes later for coordinating luggage tags and more narrow BCD tags that we could use as identification on our octopus gear. I paid extra for faster delivery as our trip was coming up quickly. I received an email that said both orders would be shipped together so I was credited $11 for the shipping of my second order. We received our tags today (we leave town tomorrow). They are top quality and came in adorable gift bags with the nicest stickers! They even sent me an extra narrow BCD tag as they’d accidentally put the wrong design on the one I’d ordered. Talk about great customer service! Will recommend Rinn Stitches to all of our dive friends!

They custom-designed a fish pattern for me! It came out wonderfully. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process, sending a proof pic and all. Shipping was fast. The end results are awesome. Will buy again!

All of the items were perfect and such a special treat for our dive gear!! I love the designs and how clean the stitching is. And the extra goodies and packaging were delightful!! We got BCD and luggage tags. And she made special patches to be sewn onto our dive jackets. I appreciated her letting me know to pay for the expedited shipping so I got them in time. Easiest to communicate via her website versus Etsy platform.

The designs are cute and the lettering is nice. Well stitched! The reason for my 3 stars is that the lettering was not centered end-to-end on the two bag tags I ordered. Nearly 3cm on metal end vs 1cm to the hole. Looks weird. Also would have preferred that the two sides be sewn together so the back of the designs are not visible through the gap in fabric.

Ordered three custom BCD tags for friends I am going on a dive trip with and these will be a little surprise gift for them. tags arrived ahead of schedule and they look great. The site makes it very easy to customize, besides name fonts, the logo or sewn graphic, and thread colors so it was easy to make something personal. Great product

We have now purchased 5 different patches from Rinn and all of them are perfect!

if you can send the tracking number it would be more helpful. this was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law and they haven't received it yet. so i have no idea if they're going to like it.
