Unable to resolve customer requests
Bought a product from Sagoma Kuchenwelt in December 2020 via Check24 for a substantial amount.
After opening it, we discovered that the product was erroneous.We contacted Check24 for return request, however they have forwarded the request to Sagoma Kuchenwelt, which they have completely failed to resolve. After 2-3 Months of continues return requests, and assurances that they will get back at us, they never did and simply left the responsibilities to Check24. Sadly Check24's bad customer service did the same, and simply left us with the product which we don't need. I cannot believe that such customer service still exists in 2021 and that's why I am publicly flagging this issue and the potential bad experience one might get.
