Horrible customer service
The customer service is simply horrible. I ordered two items, and one of them turned out to be out of stock, even though it was listed as available when I placed the order. It took them an extra week just to send what I had ordered.
One of the items didn’t match the description on their website, so I decided to return it. I had to pay for the return shipping myself. After the return parcel was delivered, I didn’t hear back from them for like 5 days, so I had to send a reminder to get my refund.
To make matters worse, I received sarcastic and rude emails when I reported that the item was not as described. Overall, this was a horrible experience and a total disappointment. I can see why platforms with better customer service are winning over these old-school operators.
