Very disappointed that this came in a push seal bag and not the a green box as it was originally designed and that the box is not available for purchase The ribbon also appears to be a brighter green than the original version has this changed ? If so why is this not listed on direction

Thank you for your feedback in respect of your recent purchase of the Award for Merit.
We have been trying over the years to obtain the boxes you are referring to for the awards of this nature. However, due to the volumes that need to be ordered this has not been possible. I can confirm that it is being investigated to see if an order can be placed when TSA place theirs, but this all takes time.
The ribbon may have changed, but it would depend on the ribbon you are comparing the current award to as it may have been issued a while ago and it has lost it's colour over time. Again the team are looking to obtain the details from TSA and then add them to the website going forward.
I'm sure the recipient of such a prestigious award was pleased when they received it though.
Any feedback is always helpful though whether it's good or bad and it does help us.
