Zero customer service

I've bought from this online store for over 10 years, however it's been over a week and multiple attempts to organise a return on an unopened item andno response to all attempts to contact them. The physical store says they have nothing to do with them. No phone number to call the online store. Moral of the story, cheapest isn't always best and make sure you use a site such as ebay with a complaint procedure, don't use their website directly. Also, use afterpay or zip pay which has a complaint procedure which, if they don't respond as in my case will ensure you get a refund. I've had issues before where I've immediately (literally seconds) after placing an order realised there was an error or wanted to modify and they will not respond to queries and just ship as is. Not worth the few dollars saved.

Stefmar,should be Stef no

Had to return an item ,not used ,the salesgirl calked over the owner/manager who informed me that they don’t give refunds,fantastic,girl was quite rude and the owner wasn’t much better,I have been buying my kelpie black dog bully sticks from petstock for $30 and I was running out and happened to be near stefmar at matraville so I called in to purchase 2 packs of the same brand and size that I normally get from petstock only to find out that instead of being $30 a pack they were $40 a pack ,upon asking if they matched prices I was given an abrupt answer of definitely not,lol, I don’t think they realise that a returning customer who spends no less than $200 a month 0n pet supplies should be a valued customer,no matter what you spend a little courtesy goes a very long way,I walk,past there often as I live not far away and I never see many customers in there,overpriced and bad service to boot

The price is right, the service is not

The price is right, the service is not, AusPost lost a bag of dog food (not Stefmar's fault) i made it very clear in an e-mail that i no longer required the bag (4 weeks after my original order) and wanted a refund, no further correspondence they simply sent another bag, now im either stuck with $180 bag of food or out $40 for 2 lots of postage i dont need or want, very poor.

Sent one of the 2 items (Blackmores…

Sent one of the 2 items (Blackmores Osteocare Paws chews) we ordered! When we called they said; "We had a dispatch issue that affected numerous customers, sorry, we will send other item today". A month later we still don't have it and now they say we must lodge complaint through Amazon, which we have done. Stay away from this company! PS When I first called the girl that answered said "yes we have dispatched that to you..." I asked how can you know that when I haven't told you my name or order number yet....long pause; then realised she had been caught out lying! Stay away from this company!

Brilliant Company

Never any dramas dealing with this company. Have ordered through them multiple times. Always inform you where the order is up to and if there will be any delays. Will buy through them again.
