Poor customer service

I wanted to order a Charles Wysocki calendar and every other online vendor seemed to be sold out of this item so I tried Storepaperoomates. I placed the order on Dec. 31, but never received a shipping confirmation. On Jan. 18 I emailed customer support asking about the status of the order. On Jan. 25 I finally received the calendar. On Jan. 30 I finally received a response from customer support telling me the item had been delivered. This email had a link to explain the delayed response but the link sent me to a page with an error message. On top of the poor communication and slow delivery of my product, the emails I received and the copy on the website itself was filled with odd grammatical errors, which did not increase my overall confidence of the vendor. I also found the repeated requests to review the site via Trustpilot rather annoying. I will most likely never use this store again but I did eventually get the product I paid for.

We are a rather a small scale Online Retailer who keeps limited quantity of stock and during the the festive season, we had lots of Orders than we were capable of handling well in time. We had to bring in a few helping hands hence the errors and the helpers didn't have English as their first language hence the grammatical errors. We reported an Issue with our delayed response time which began on January 14th but has since been resolved. Would be nice if the shipping was…

Would be nice if the shipping was faster but i was already notified it will take 12 days, so it’s ok. If shipping is faster for affordable price, then happier customers.

We've actually suspended all Orders to Botswana until further notice due to the huge delays caused by your Customs Authorities. This is the worse experience I have had…

This is the worse experience I have had with an order. I order the item twice. The first time they refunded the order after waiting over a week for the item because the order was not going to arrive in time because of the shipping I chose. I reordered and selected Federal Express and was told it would arrive in time for Christmas. Today, December 23, 2020, I was notified through text that my purchased was canceled. When I asked for an explanation I was told that Federal Express is having delays and my order was canceled on December 16,2020. If I had not inquired about my order, I would have never know about my order being canceled!! This company is NOT to be trusted!!!

Deliver Almost Wrong Items

Deliver almost wrong items to me. Although stated available stock but replace me other items. If no stock, your supplier have to inform and refund. Really bad for your services.
