We can see that you placed your order on 26th August and your order was dispatched the same day on 26th August also. You would have received an email advising you of this with tracking details.
I have just checked your tracking and unfortunately, due to the Bank Holiday weekend and ongoing Royal Mail strikes, your package was delayed in their network last week and was finally delivered on 3rd September. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay in delivery but unfortunately this is out of our control.

James Hainsworth is fantastic! I ordered a couple of the prints after receiving the first one I ordered as I loved it so much. Unfortunately, it did not turn up due to the Royal Mail deciding not to deliver it. James saw to it straight away and my lovely prints are on the way to me again. Thank you, James!
